SCC France presents SCC ConversIA, the first all-inclusive, sovereign, and agnostic offering of intelligent Chatbot and document RAG in partnership with ThinkDeep

Paris, France – June 16, 2025 – SCC France, a leading IT services provider and strategic partner for public and private organizations, is proud to announce SCC ConversIA, its first sovereign intelligent chatbot offering. Designed solely in France, SCC ConversIA can leverage its clients' documentary data and includes the software solution, the infrastructure platform, and the support service: from design to deployment and production monitoring.

The documentary RAG use case, that enables organizations to fully leverage their data and improve business efficiency (HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, etc.), is often the initial driver for generative AI projects.

However, according to RAND Corporation, 3 out of 4 initiatives fail, either because the return on investment is difficult to demonstrate, or due to fear of data leaks in SaaS solutions, or a lack of skills and methodology in the projects. These failures can hinder the adoption and democratization of Generative AI solutions within organizations.

Giving everyone access to a sovereign, and high-performance generative AI solutions to finally harness the potential of their data

To enable its clients to deploy a first sovereign AI solution simply and effectively within their organization, SCC France has partnered with ThinkDeep to integrate its DeepBrain Intelligent Chatbot, embedding the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform into a packaged offering that also includes the provision of NVIDIA-Certified Systems from Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, or Lenovo equipped with NVIDIA accelerated computing,high-performance networking, and the necessary support service. The SCC ConversIA offering thus enables the successful completion of an AI project in record time for minimal expenditure.

ThinkDeep, a French startup, has developed DeepBrain, a multi-agent platform integrating Retrieval Augmented Generation GraphRAG technologies, capable of searching for information in millions of documents (PDFs, Word, Excel, images, videos, audio), LLM-agnostic, and deployable entirely on the client's premises, to preserve data security and confidentiality.

“ThinkDeep AI's expertise was instrumental in the implementation of our generative AI assistant.” Chiara Rampini, Project Manager for Generative AI Assistant, Digital Transformation Department, DGFIP.

"SCC France's Digital Factory has been able to test various solutions. DeepBrain has the advantage of producing excellent results, being French, and being deployable on client sites and not just in SaaS," says Yoann Delanos, Director of the DATA/AI Practice within SCC France's Enterprise Solutions division. "Our clients are very sensitive to the sovereignty of their digital assets. Until now, the transition to production in the public cloud or the deployment of a complete hardware and software accelerated infrastructure platform could only be achieved through significant and prohibitive expenses. This is the paradigm we want to break with SCC ConversIA! We want to make AI widely available, rather thanreserved for a few large clients, and all organizations should be able to easily access these innovative technologies."

Leveraging the expertise of its Digital Factory within the DATA/AI practice and the investment in training and skills development for all its employees, SCC France is accelerating the scaling up of AI projects. Its historical know-how in major IT infrastructure projects enables SCC France to build a value proposition with its major manufacturing partners, allowing its clients to deploy NVIDIA technologies in their data center on the server of their choice. Its data Scientists and data engineers complete the ConversIA offering by ensuring the design and methodical deployment of the intelligent platform, followed by the monitoring that will enable the democratization and integration of new use cases for its clients.

"We designed SCC ConversIA to be an accessible offering with an easily demonstrable return on investment. We offer an initial development package including software, hardware, and service for less than €90,000," adds Yoann Delanos.

Yann LeCun, Meta's Chief AI Scientist, shared this vision in 2024, "There is a near future where all our digital interactions will be through intelligent assistants."

This is the ambition of SCC France and ThinkDeep with NVIDIA to make this future possible with SCC ConversIA.
